At BYE® Sportswear, every order is prepared especially for you. We aim to make your ordering and delivery experience as straightforward as possible.

Order Processing & Fulfilment

Most orders are prepared and fulfilled within approximately 2–5 business days before dispatch.

During busy periods, new product launches, public holidays or periods of high demand, fulfilment may take slightly longer.

UK Delivery

Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, UK delivery typically takes approximately 2–5 business days, depending on the product, fulfilment location and delivery service.

Please note that fulfilment and shipping times are separate. As a guide, customers should allow approximately 4–10 business days from placing an order to delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free UK shipping is available on eligible orders over £50.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking information to update after receiving your dispatch confirmation.

Orders May Arrive Separately

Some products may be fulfilled from different locations. If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages and at different times.

You will receive the relevant tracking information where available.

Delivery Delays

While we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, occasional delays may occur due to delivery carriers, fulfilment availability, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please check your delivery information carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that delivery details can be changed once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched.
