Return Policy

We hope you’re happy with your purchase from Bye Sportswear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for returns:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear or items marked as final sale unless they are faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items:
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
